Shipping Policy

Production time

Standard production is about 2 weeks from the moment you approve your mockup (faster turnaround available with express shipping). Production does not begin until approval, so the clock starts when you say yes, not when you first enquire.

Bowling shirts are produced as handed garments and customers are asked to state the throwing hand of each wearer at the point of order, the gusseted armhole, the extended rear hem allowance and the placement of any chest pocket, patch or applied decoration being determined by that statement rather than by a default; where a throwing hand is not supplied, a right-handed build is produced and this is confirmed in writing before cutting; two-tone and colour-blocked garments are produced by cutting contrast yoke and side panels from a second cloth and joining them with piping laid into the panel seam, and no representation is made that a printed or heat-applied panel is equivalent to a cut one; chain-stitched lettering is produced as a single continuous looped thread and script letterforms are redrawn as a single path at no charge, customers being advised in writing where a supplied letterform cannot be held at the requested size; supplied marks are digitised without charge and the resulting files and thread numbers are retained against the customer account so that later production matches earlier production; for programme customers, cloth is reserved from a single dye lot against a stated roster and the lot reference, thread numbers, panel specification, piping colour and per-wearer throwing hand are recorded, single replacement garments being produced from that reserve without minimum quantity, and customers are notified in writing while sufficient reserve remains for further garments rather than after it is exhausted; no representation is made that garments cut from separate dye lots will match; and no professional tour, centre chain, league or third-party brand mark is reproduced without evidence of the customer’s right to use it.

Express turnaround

If you are working to an opening, a wedding or an event date, tell us the date when you request the quote. Express turnaround is available on most products and we will confirm in writing whether your date is achievable before you pay.

Delivery

Orders ship from the United States by ground carrier, with transit typically running 2–5 business days depending on distance. You receive tracking as soon as the shipment leaves. Expedited air service is available on request.

Addresses and split shipments

Double-check your shipping address before approval — carriers charge to redirect a shipment in transit and we pass that cost through at cost. We can split one order across multiple locations; just tell us the breakdown when you order.

Lost or damaged shipments

If tracking stalls or a carton arrives damaged, contact us with photos and we will open the carrier claim and reprint or refund the affected portion. You do not have to deal with the carrier yourself.
